The Tucson can commonly give trouble with the Particulate Matter Sensor failing and welding itself into the 

centre exhaust pipe and can lead to needing to replace the complete centre pipe when trying to replace this sensor

The repair thread blocks are designed to be welded in, replacing the existing threads when replacing the PM Sensor

rather than having to replace the complete centre pipe.
